Our Services
Repairs: All our repairs are done by tradesmen who are fully trained and experienced in jewellery repairs and refurbishment. They will also make jewellery to your own design and for any piece with diamonds or other gemstones we are able to arrange for you to choose you own stones.
Watch & clock repairs: These are undertaken by a reknowned watch repairer in Birmingham jewellery quarter. All items are hand delivered and collected.
Valuations: We do quality valuations for Insurance purposes. We use the professional services of a local National Association of Goldsmiths Registered Valuer. NAG registered valuations are recognised by all insurance companies. All valuations carry a full description of the individaulal items, detailing metal, stone identification,cuts, weights,settings and hallmarks and relevant value. They include at least one coloured photo and are presented in a spiral bound booklet form.
Engraving: We use the services of a professional very experienced hand engraver whose work is of an exceptionally high standard. He is able to engrave in a wide range of styles and can reproduce family crests and does 'seal' engraving.
ReThreading: Pearls, gemstones and beads can be restrung to your specification.
Watch batteries & watch straps: We are able to fit batteries to most makes of watches while you wait. We also carry a range of watch straps which we also fit for you
Jewellery Cleaning: When you feel that your jewellery needs brighting up we can clean it in our ultra sonic cleaner usually by the next day, If it needs rhodium plating we can also get that done for you.
Secondhand Jewellery: We buy and sell secondhand jewellery as well as provding a part exchange sevice if you want to update you jewellery. We also buy and sell scrap gold and platinum.
